Ammarok Camp has been in operation since 1990. This camp is operated by the Annanack family. It is located 85 air miles east of Kuujjuaq on Lake LaRonciere which is a 17 mile body of water that is located 7 miles from Ungava Bay. We have sea run Arctic Charr that average 10 pounds upwards to 25 pounds and sea run Brook Trout averaging 4 lbs. up to 10 lbs as well as numerous Lake Trout in the 30 lbs class. Ammarok Camp is one of the best kept secrets of Ungava Bay. The fishing is absolutely extraordinary. We have less than 50 clients fish this lake a year.
